This world-class online event will be held on October 19th 2023, 4pm – 6pm BST to explore how the legal implementation of Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES) can assist in achieving the global sustainable development goal agenda.

The inspiring legal roundtable and book launch features opening speaker CITES Secretary-General Ms. Ivonne Higuero, and celebrates the launch of new world-leading volume with Cambridge University Press, edited by Prof MC Cordonier Segger, Dr DA Wardell and Dr A Harrington, with assistant editor M Anagnostou. Center for International Forestry Research and World Agroforestry (CIFOR-ICRAF) CEO Dr Éliane Ubalijoro features as closing speaker.
